Using AI should be about enhancing your own efforts, not replacing them. It can offer insights, examples, and suggestions, but the essence of your work should come from your own analysis and creativity. 

Academic integrity involves engaging with the material genuinely and developing your skills independently. AI can be a helpful tool, but it should support, not substitute, your own learning and hard work.
